What to write about

• You lost the link. It is in your receipt email; if that is gone, say so and it will be sent again.
• A refund. If it is not what you expected, reply to your receipt within 30 days and you get your money back.
• A figure you think is wrong. Please send it. Name the number and where you saw it, and if you have the government page that disagrees, even better. Corrections are the point.
• A state you want next. The list is worked through in order of who asks.
• It will not open on your device. Say what device and what browser and it will get looked at.

What not to write about

Please do not send your own tax return, account numbers or Social Security number. Nobody here needs them, nobody here can advise on them, and they should not be sitting in an inbox. If a question needs your actual figures, it needs somebody licensed — take the app's printout to them.

How long it takes

A few days, usually. It is one person, not a support department.
